Teaching Personnel is working closely with a number of primary schools in the Bridport area to recruit Teaching Assistants to support both Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 pupils. These schools pride themselves on inclusive education and are looking for individuals who are committed to helping all children thrive.

✅ The successful candidate will:
* Have experience working with children (school, childcare, or youth setting preferred)
* Be confident supporting pupils 1:1 and in small groups
* Demonstrate patience, empathy and excellent communication skills
* Assist the teacher in creating an engaging learning environment
* Support pupils with additional needs (SEND experience is a bonus)
