We are looking for a Sales Associate to support the growth of Acquinox’s investor and partner network. This role sits at the intersection of relationship management, deal exposure, and market presence.
It is not a pure sales role and not a back-office position. Think of it as an early-stage commercial role similar to an SDR evolving into a Relationship Manager. The successful candidate will gradually grow into origination and relationship ownership, while initially supporting and nurturing existing relationships.

Key responsibilities:
Relationship Management & Market Presence
* Nurture and manage existing investor and partner relationships through regular follow-ups and touchpoints
* Attend industry events, conferences, and meetings to represent Acquinox and increase brand visibility
* Actively build familiarity and trust in the market by consistently “showing up” — being present, visible, and engaged
Lead & Opportunity Support
* Support senior team members on live investor conversations once interest in specific opportunities is established
* Take ownership of early-stage investor engagement before handover to senior investment professionals
* Maintain structured tracking of investor interactions, follow-ups, and next steps
Deal Exposure & Financial Understanding
* Develop a strong understanding of investment opportunities in order to discuss numbers, structures, and high-level rationale with prospective investors
* Support preparation of materials and investor presentations where required
* Work closely with Investment Managers to ensure smooth progression from initial interest to active engagement
Growth Over Time
* Gradually build confidence and capability to originate and manage relationships independently
* Develop personal market presence and credibility with the goal of owning a portion of the investor pipeline over time
Looking for:
· Prior experience in finance, investment banking, asset management, advisory, or a financial services environment
· Strong interpersonal skills and comfort engaging with senior stakeholders
· Enough financial literacy to discuss investment opportunities credibly (numbers, structure, rationale), even if not yet a deal lead
· Appetite for client-facing work, events, and travel
· Hunger, curiosity, and willingness to do the “hard yards” — including follow-ups, coordination, and groundwork
· A mindset focused on learning, progression, and long-term growth rather than immediate closing responsibility
