Salary:
£60–65k base, with
uncapped OTE up to £30k
About the Role:
As a
Customer Experience Manager
, you will manage a portfolio of
30-40 clients
, acting as the primary point of contact for their IT and cybersecurity needs. This role is
office-based 3 days a week in Central London
and focuses on
soft-selling
through upselling, cross-selling, and renewals, all while maintaining excellent service levels.
What We're Looking For:
* Minimum
5 years of account management experience, must be within an MSP (Cloud, Infrastructure, or Security)
.
* Experience with financial services end clients is a plus
.
* Strong
relationship-building skills
and ability to identify revenue opportunities.
* Comfortable holding
basic technical conversations
with clients.
* A consultative, soft-selling approach to grow accounts while ensuring client satisfaction.
