Equans is looking for a Mobile Facilities Site Officer to join our team in Ken Stimpson Academy, Staniland Way, Werrington, Peterborough, PE4 6JT on a permanent full time basis working 40 hours per week. On offer is a salary of £28,010.00 per annum and benefits package Shift Pattern: 2 Weekly rotation of the below scheduled hours: Mon-Friday 0600am - 1500pm Mon-Friday 1030am - 1930pm (1 Hour unpaid lunch each day) Adhoc weekend working for contractor works/events available On-call Rota enrolled - 7 days on-call once every 3 weeks What will you deliver? You will provide essential support to three Peterborough schools by ensuring the efficient resolution of facilities requests, completing maintenance tasks, and conducting general premises checks. Your role will include planned and reactive maintenance, security responsibilities, site safety monitoring, and effective communication with staff and contractors. You will also play a key part in maintaining a safe and functional environment for students and staff while adhering to health and safety guidelines. For this role you must undergo DBS clearance therefore ability to pass is essential. What can we offer you?
