The Meadows School is a 11-19 special school based in Oldbury, West Midlands. The school meets the needs of students with profound and multiple learning difficulties; autism and associated communication and language difficulties; physical and complex medical needs; sensory impairment and challenging behaviours. We currently have 263 students on roll.

We are seeking an Assistant Head Teacher to support the strategic leadership of the school, a leader who will challenge, inspire and drive school improvement to achieve the best outcomes for students. The successful candidate will be a highly organised, caring and skilled practitioner who will support the Head Teacher in actively promoting the vision and ethos in every aspect of school life.
