Responsibilities
* Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' health status and needs.
* Develop, implement, and evaluate individualised care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
* Monitor patients' progress and respond promptly to changes in their condition.
* Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health management and treatment options.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with regulatory standards.
* Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes.
* Uphold the principles of infection control and maintain a safe environment for patients.
Qualifications
* Valid registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
* Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology relevant to nursing practice.
* Proven experience in patient care within a clinical setting is preferred.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
* Compassionate approach with a strong commitment to patient advocacy and ethical practice.
