We’re now hiring a Delivery Consultant to help us deliver best-in-class candidates across permanent and contract technology roles for a number of our clients.
Delivery Consultant
The role:
You won’t be expected to win business, this is about delivery excellence, where you’ll work alongside experienced consultants to:
* Deliver high-quality shortlists for permanent and contract roles
* Build deep talent pools across Software Engineering and Product Management
* Proactively headhunt and map markets
* Own the candidate experience end-to-end through the full process
* Manage multiple roles at once with pace and quality
* Build long-term candidate relationships
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience in tech recruitment delivery
* Strong experience recruiting into Software Engineering, Product and/or Project Delivery roles
* Experience working permanent and/or contract markets
* Exposure to ecommerce, retail, logistics or digital brands
* High standards around candidate quality and process
* Experience working retained or senior-level roles advantageous
* Strong headhunting capability
