Main purpose of the role:
Simmons Adaptive are looking for a junior to mid-level lawyer to join one of our asset management clients in London. This assignment will run for an initial period of 6 months, and the ideal is for an immediate start. The assignment will be full-time, with a hybrid working arrangement.
Person specification:
* You will have at least 2 years of post-qualification experience.
* Understanding and experience of regulatory issues is essential.
* Experience in asset/investment management is beneficial.
* Experience with investment management agreements is beneficial.
* Previous experience in a law firm or financial institution is beneficial.
* You will have strong interpersonal skills and able to communicate complex analysis in a clear and concise manner.
* You are able to work quickly and effectively to tight deadlines.
* You can work autonomously but can also collaborate as part of the wider team.
* You will be required to hold the relevant right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship is not available).
