Are you a systematic thinker with deep technical expertise in process engineering and MEICA systems? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for a Supply Process Engineer to join our Water Supply team.
This role is pivotal in delivering process-led, data-driven improvements across our supply systems, ensuring resilience, efficiency, and compliance.
What you'll do
In this role, you will:
* lead the optimisation and development of process control and automation systems for our water supply
* deliver innovation and spend to save initiatives to deliver savings to the bottom line
* design and implement cyclic maintenance programmes to enhance asset longevity and performance
* provide technical leadership across process, automation, electrical, mechanical and instrumentation disciplines
* review and influence externally delivered capital schemes to ensure operational resilience and efficiency
* support the delivery of AMP improvements that minimise risk and optimise safety, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
What you'll need
* A degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
* Extensive knowledge of potable water processes and automation systems.
* Hands-on experience in commissioning potable water processes.
* Proven experience delivering complex process and automation projects.
* Broad understanding of electrical and mechanical engineering.
* High competence with IT systems, including SCADA and telemetry.
* A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle, with flexibility to travel across supply sites.
