An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Litigation Solicitor to join my clients' team in their Otley, West Yorkshire offices.
You will be responsible for managing your caseload effectively and advising on a variety of complex litigation matters including inheritance/wills disputes, boundary disputes, Landlord & Tenant issues, and General Dispute Resolution.
Key Tasks
1. Provide legal advice to private clients on Litigation matters.
2. Conduct legal research and draft documents.
3. Represent clients in Court and negotiate settlements.
4. Work independently and develop your client base by promoting the firm.
5. Meet targets and deadlines.
Essential Skills
1. 2+ years PQE.
2. Experience in Litigation.
3. Ability to manage a full caseload.
4. Knowledge of Solicitors Accounts rules.
5. IT skills.
6. Excellent keyboard skills.
