We are seeking an exceptional Deputy Director of Security to join the Claridge’s security team.
At the centre of London’s Mayfair, Claridge’s is a unique combination of splendour and charm, renowned for its impeccable, intuitive service. The hotel’s original art deco interiors have been interwoven with modern flourishes. It also has a famous all-day dining restaurant, the Foyer & Reading Room, and two bars: Claridge’s Bar and the intimate Fumoir.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
You will be responsible with assisting the Director of Security with all of the security and Health & Safety operations on a daily basis. Areas of responsibility include protection and safeguard of our Guests, Employees and the Company. To maintain the company standards in relation to all matters involving Security, Crisis Management and Health & Safety.
You will support the Head of Security to manage and develop a team of Security Officers. Furthermore, you will investigate all incidents and assist with the management in the smooth running of the hotel.
Entry Requirements
We are currently seeking an outstanding, motivated individual to join our Security team as a Deputy Head of Security. The ideal candidate will be an excellent team player with hotel security knowledge, team leadership skills and someone who currently is or has been in a similar role. We are looking for an applicant who thrives under pressure, is outgoing, flexible, well organised, and has excellent attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of dealing with Metropolitan Police Services, Diplomatic Protection Groups and Environmental Health Officers.
