Role Purpose

Build and manage customer relationships and support the lettings, inspection and management of developments across your region. Act as the key point of contact for customers from viewing through to move-in, inspection through to move out, ensuring exceptional customer service and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service & Engagement

1. Create amazing experiences across viewings, move in days, mid term inspections and move outs.
2. Gain the respect and support of residents through outstanding service and professionalism.
3. Report and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

Onboarding

4. Host viewings and open house events with potential customers
5. Gather and record viewing feedback before posting to the PMS to aid reporting.
6. Explain and/ or guide customers through the application processes and answer any questions
7. Conduct in person Right to Rent check where needed
8. Draft inventories for future move ins and host the home move appointments with our customers
9. Undertake midterm property and development inspections with customers and report on the condition and any maintenance required to property management.
10. Conduct void inspections including property hand overs, water flushing and insurance checks.
11. Attend move out appointments with vacating customers and draft the check out inventories.
12. Act as eyes on the ground for the centralised property management team to check completion of works or dip testing quality of workmanship.

Health & Safety Compliance

13. Ensure buildings meet all health & safety requirements and fire risk assessments.
14. Proactively maintain a secure, safe, and successful estate.

Stakeholder Collaboration

15. Build strong relationships with management companies, developers, agents, and internal teams.
16. Assist in delivering all key performance targets relating to asset and tenancy management.

Essential Requirements

17. Experience of residential property inspections, lettings or property management.
18. Passionate about delivering the highest level of customer service.
19. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to engage at all levels.
20. Possess a UK driving licence and ability to travel within region.
21. Proactive self-starter and disciplined lone worker with strong organisational skills.
22. Ability to remain calm and controlled under pressure.
23. Understands and acts upon customer needs to maintain company reputation.

24. Comfortable working in a changing environment.
25. Growth mindset and willingness to try new approaches.
26. Good range of IT skills.
