What's the job?
Supporting the Head Chef with day-to-day service, prep and kitchen management Helping build a small, skilled team from the ground up Creating tasty, consistent food with a focus on quality over complication Upholding food safety, stock control and all the usual kitchen bits - properly
Who are we looking for?
Someone calm, capable and confident on the stove - but also happy to muck in with the prep and the pot wash if needed A team player who leads by example and keeps the kitchen clean, organised and professional A decent human - we're building a positive, hard-working team that looks out for each other
