Job description
To perform operational tasks, including the analysis of digital devices for forensic examination and produce written reports/statements for potential court presentation.

Key Responsibilities
Provide written estimates for the forensic examination of digital devices for both prosecution and defence.
Develop case-specific examination strategies and summarise proposed work programmes with agreed costs.
Organise day-to-day casework to ensure efficient execution to required standards, costs, and in accordance with quality systems.
Deliver complex computer device investigations on time, within budget, and to high standards, following scientific and commercial best practices.
Advise and assist with equipment seizure and on-site acquisitions.
Oversee research and development work by team members.
Produce reports and deliver expert evidence based on findings.
Review colleagues’ reports and statements to maintain quality standards.
Handle exhibits per evidential rules to maintain case integrity.
