Role and Responsibilities
As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the educational needs of students within a school setting. You will be instrumental in creating a positive and engaging atmosphere, contributing to the smooth operation of the classroom and school day.
Main tasks include
* Assisting teachers in delivering engaging lessons.
* Providing one:on:one support to students as needed.
* Supporting classroom management and student supervision.
* Contributing to a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Requirements
* Enhanced DBS on the updated service.
* Eligibility to work in the UK.
* Minimum of 3 months working experience within UK schools.
* Flexibility to work full:time, long:term, or on a day:to:day basis.
* Willingness to work between 8:30 AM and 3:30 PM.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* A proactive and adaptable approach to supporting students and staff.
* Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
