Salary: From £23,400
Working hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30am - 6pm
Location: Lynch Wood, Peterborough PE2 6FY
What does the Customer Service Representative role involve?
You'll join a people- and technology-driven business, handling calls from customers regarding their life assurance, savings, investments, or pension plans. Your responsibilities include assisting customers with retirement planning, investment access, updating personal details, or supporting families during bereavements, ensuring a seamless experience during important moments.
Comprehensive training will be provided, so prior financial services experience isn't necessary. Many new colleagues come from customer-facing backgrounds in contact centres, retail, hospitality, or travel industries.
