Job Title: SEMH Learning Support Assistant
Location: Chelmsford
Rate: £90 to £130 per day (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract: Day-to-day / Long-term, Part-time / Full-time

GSL Education are seeking a dedicated SEMH Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join a nurturing and inclusive school environment where every student is supported to thrive. Key Responsibilities of SEMH Learning Support Assistant (LSA):
* Support students with SEMH needs in both one-on-one and group settings.
* Assist in implementing personalised learning and behaviour plans.
* Foster a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment.
* Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and families to ensure consistent support.
* Monitor progress and adapt strategies to meet individual needs.
Requirements for SEMH Learning Support Assistant (LSA):
* Previous experience supporting children with SEMH or similar needs.
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
* A calm, empathetic, and resilient approach.
* Relevant training or qualifications in SEMH support are desirable.
To work with GSL Education as SEMH Learning Support Assistant (LSA), you will need:
* The right to work in the UK.
* An up-to-date CV with two references from the last two years.
* An enhanced DBS registered to the update service or willingness to apply for one.
