The role

This will involve facilitating and holding initial kick off meetings with sales, engineering and the partner, on site if needed. The team will deliver projects from hosted telephony installs, broadband orders, WiFi deployments to network uogrades. All elements of the project will be coordinated by the team such as placing orders with the networks, number porting, hardware orders, engineering, stock and admin.
The team will consistently update partners on the progress of their orders, provide documentation and a clear handover to both the partner and the support teams.
As a team leader of the comms projects team, you will be responsible for running daily check-in meetings with your team members, helping them overcome any obstacles to ensure the successful delivery of projects on time and within budget.
You will also be responsible for running some comms projects yourself so you will need to understand each element of the provisioning process, number porting and administration within the CRM system.
This role requires excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
The successful candidate will be required to travel to partner sites across the UK so must be willing to travel on an occasional basis.
