Key Responsibilities
As the Marketing Manager - Exhibitions, this person will:
* Develop and deliver integrated campaigns designed to drive visitor growth, delegate acquisition and exhibitor engagement across a multi-show portfolio
* Build campaign strategies including segmentation, audience positioning, messaging and full channel planning
* Track and optimise performance metrics such as registrations, CPA, conversion rates, email engagement and digital ROI
* Oversee content-led and digital marketing activity, including social media, SEO initiatives, exhibitor promotions and speaker-focused content
* Lead, support and develop a small marketing team while collaborating closely with sales, editorial, content and operations
* Grow event brands and audience databases across international markets, forming strong relationships with industry partners, associations and key exhibitors
What We're Looking For
The ideal Marketing Manager - Exhibitions will bring:
* 5+ years' experience in B2B exhibition marketing with proven ownership of full campaign delivery
* A track record of multi-channel campaign success across email, web, paid media and partnerships
* Strong copywriting and messaging skills, plus confidence using CRM systems, email platforms, analytics tools and CMS environments
* Commercial awareness and ease working with sales teams and senior internal stakeholders
* Experience guiding, coaching or managing junior marketers
