Telesales Lead Generator
Location: Solihull, B90 4NZ (Hybrid and Remote Work Options Possible)
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum (Basic), £30,000 - £35,000 per annum (OTE)

The Role
To be responsible for contacting prospective customers by phone and email in order to generate lead enquiries to be passed to the Projects Sales Team.
Key Responsibilities
1. Conduct outbound calls and emails to prospective clients using a provided database of contacts.
2. Identify and qualify leads by assessing their needs, budget, and timeline for potential purchases.
3. Articulate the value proposition of the company's products or services to potential clients, highlighting features and benefits that meet their requirements.
4. Schedule appointments or meetings for the sales team to further discuss the client's needs and provide quotes or proposals.
5. Maintain accurate records of all interactions with prospects, including contact details, feedback, and outcomes, using CRM software.
6. Follow up with leads to nurture relationships, address any questions or concerns, and facilitate the progression of leads through the sales funnel.
