We are seeking an exceptional Breakfast Manager to lead the opening dining experience of the day. This is a remarkable opportunity for a hospitality leader who brings warmth, precision and a passion for delivering elevated morning rituals that set the tone for an exquisite guest journey.
As Breakfast Manager, you will orchestrate the seamless execution of breakfast service, ensuring refined presentation, attentive service and an atmosphere of calm sophistication. You will lead and inspire the breakfast team, uphold brand standards, and create personalised moments that reflect the storied St. Regis tradition of exceptional hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
1. Oversee all aspects of breakfast operations, ensuring impeccable service, presentation and guest satisfaction.
2. Lead, motivate and support the breakfast team, fostering excellence in service behaviours and professional development.
3. Maintain strict standards of cleanliness, organisation and food safety across all breakfast service areas.
4. Collaborate with the culinary team on menu integrity, product quality and seasonal enhancements.
5. Ensure smooth transitions between breakfast and subsequent meal periods, aligning with broader Food & Beverage operations.
6. Monitor staffing needs, labour management and daily workflows to meet business and financial objectives.
7. Engage with guests to personalise their experience, anticipate needs and respond to feedback.
8. Oversee opening procedures, operational checks, inventory control and adherence to brand standards.
9. Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and poise, ensuring swift and thoughtful service recovery.
10. Uphold UK licensing, health & safety and food hygiene compliance at all times.
Core Competencies
We are seeking a refined and service‑driven leader who embodies the spirit of St. Regis hospitality. You should bring confidence, emotional intelligence and an unwavering commitment to exceptional guest care. You should have:
11. A minimum of 2 years’ experience in restaurant or food & beverage supervisory roles, ideally within luxury hospitality.
12. Strong understanding of breakfast service operations, guest flow, and the elevated standards expected in a luxury environment.
13. Confidence in handling guest feedback, resolving challenges and consistently enhancing the morning dining experience.
14. Knowledge of stock control, allergen management, licensing compliance and food safety requirements.
15. A calm and composed approach in high‑pressure, time‑sensitive breakfast periods, with the ability to lead by example on the restaurant floor.
16. A genuine passion for crafting thoughtful, memorable and personalised breakfast experiences for every guest.
