Eden Brown Synergy are currently looking for an experienced Social Worker to join the Children & Family Services Team for Enfield Council Duties and Responsibilities: * Managing complex and varied caseloads within the Children & Family Services Team. * Undertaking comprehensive assessments to identify risks, strengths, and support needs of children and families. * Developing and implementing care plans to promote the welfare and safety of children. * Working collaboratively with partner agencies including education, health, and police to ensure effective multi-agency support. * Preparing and presenting reports for case conferences, reviews, and court proceedings. * Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records in line with statutory requirements. * Ensuring all work is carried out in line with safeguarding procedures and professional standards.
