Hourly Rate: £13.88 - £14.56 per hour

We are seeking a Purchasing Administrator to join our team on a part-time basis (4 days per week) for an initial three-month contract. This role is ideal for someone with a procurement or finance background.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage purchasing enquiries and requests using Agresso.
Process purchase requisitions through Agresso.
Set up new suppliers and vendors on the finance system, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Verify that delivered goods and services are accurately receipted in the system to maintain up-to-date records.
Provide general administrative support during periods of high demand.
This role requires a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively.
