Job Title: Branch Administrator

Hours: 40 hours per week – Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm
The Opportunity We are seeking a highly organised Branch Administrator to join our busy team in Stone. This is a pivotal role where you will provide vital support to the Branch and Sales Managers, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations across the site.
The role is varied and fast-paced, making it ideal for someone proactive, detail-oriented, and able to balance multiple priorities. You will be a key part of a friendly and hard-working team, contributing to excellent service delivery and branch efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative and PA support to the Branch and Sales Managers
Handle incoming calls and manage the branch switchboard
Act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries
Prepare sales quotations, invoices, and delivery tickets
Carry out daily cashiering duties and liaise with Head Office as required
Maintain accurate sales records and databases
Support the sales team with events and trade shows
Conduct monthly stock checks on domestic items
Assist with internal communication and coordination across the branch

Highly organised, accurate, and able to multitask effectively
Strong attention to detail, both written and numerical
