The Day to Day
You'll bring energy and focus to every shift, working alongside the Warehouse Manager to keep everything running smoothly. That means leading and supporting the team on the ground, planning the workload, and making sure tyres are checked in, stored, picked and loaded accurately and on time. You'll keep an eye on performance, step in to solve problems, and get hands-on when needed—whether that's unloading deliveries, picking stock or making sure the warehouse stays safe, clean and well organised.
Who we're looking for
We're after someone who can inspire a team and lead by example. You'll have at least 2 years' experience supervising a fast-paced, target-driven warehouse, and know how to bring people together to hit shared goals. A 'can do' attitude is a must, along with a sharp eye for detail and the confidence to deal with daily challenges. If you can show others the value of what they do and keep things moving safely and efficiently, you'll fit right in.
