They are looking for an enthusiastic Emergency Lighting Maintainer to join their team. Key Responsibilities * Carry out Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPMs) on communal emergency lighting systems across various properties, including social housing, schools, public conveniences, offices, and heritage sites. * Conduct monthly emergency lighting flick tests and annual drain down tests. * Perform minor repairs to emergency lighting systems. * Ensure high-quality workmanship while following health & safety regulations and company procedures. * Maintain a professional approach when interacting with customers, client representatives, and team members.
