About the Role
This is an on-site, full-time position based in Glasgow, where every day offers something different. As a Sales Team Leader, you’ll guide and inspire your team to achieve ambitious goals while developing your own leadership and communication skills in the process.
You’ll be learning in a hands-on, fast-moving environment where you’ll represent our clients through engaging face-to-face campaigns across B2B, events, and retail channels.
Your focus will be on developing people, driving results, and building strong connections — both with customers and your team.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Leading, mentoring, and motivating a small sales team to hit performance targets
* Representing clients with professionalism, positivity, and genuine enthusiasm
* Coaching team members on communication, time management, and goal setting
* Taking part in workshops, strategy meetings, and one-on-one mentoring sessions
* Learning how to build a scalable, performance-driven team environment
