Strategic Support:Working with Directors to provide insights for business growth and decision-making. Process Improvement:Evaluating and improving financial systems and internal controls. Financial Planning:Managing the annual budget and maintaining regular cash flow forecasts. Team Collaboration: Contributing to a high-performing team and supporting the wider business function. Candidate Requirements Experience:Significant experience as a Management Accountant within anSMEsetting. Skills:Strong ability to improve systems and processes; advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Communication:Capable of communicating financial performance clearly to the Board of Directors. Qualification: ACCA, CIMA, ACA Qualified or Finalist.
