LR Talent are exclusively working with a major London estate with the appointment of a Technical Services Manager. This is a strategic role overseeing technical operations, compliance and infrastructure across a large, high‑profile business campus.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the technical, MEP and compliance strategy across a large multi‑building estate
* Oversee statutory compliance, including water safety, electrical safety, HV/LV systems, RAMS and permit processes
* Manage technical projects, lifecycle works and monthly HV/LV shutdowns
* Drive energy, water and sustainability initiatives across the estate
* Lead and develop technical teams, ensuring high standards of delivery and performance
* Manage contractor relationships, tender processes and supplier performance
* Oversee budgets, forecasting, service charge planning and financial reporting
* Provide technical oversight for tenant alterations, wayleaves and estate improvements
* Monitor estate condition, identify risks and ensure safe, efficient operations
* Collaborate with senior leadership, operations and guest‑experience teams on estate‑wide initiatives
What they’re looking for:
* A technical leader who started on the tools (apprenticeship/engineering route) and progressed into estate‑level management
* Strong statutory compliance knowledge across water, electrical, HV/LV, RAMS and permits
* NEBOSH (essential) and ideally NEBOSH Fire
* HV/LV competencies and preferably AP status
* Project management qualification and experience delivering complex technical works
* Confident managing budgets, lifecycle planning and contractor performance
* Experience leading technical teams in large, multi‑building environments
Package & Location
* 5 days on site at a major West London estate
* £75,000 – £85,000 depending on experience
