Windsor Forest Colleges Group is looking for a Technical Skills Coach – Plumbing & Gas to join our Apprenticeship Department at the Slough & Langley College campus on a full-time, permanent basis.
The role pays from £40,596 up to £43,665 dependent on experience and qualifications.
Responsibilities
We are seeking a dedicated individual to manage and mentor a dynamic caseload of Plumbing and Gas apprentices. In this role you will provide essential skills coaching and mentoring to help apprentices excel in their end-point assessment.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you will need to be educated to Level 3 standard in a relevant vocational area and have an Assessors A1 Award or be willing to work towards this whilst in the role.
It would also be an advantage to have experience of working with learners/apprentices in the classroom.
