Product and Portfolio Manager
Location: Swindon (4 days per week onsite)
Salary: Up to £70k (DOE) + Up to 20% bonus
Are you an experienced product leader with experience managing technical portfolios and agile delivery? We’re seeking a Product and Portfolio Manager to lead our product management function, guide product strategy, and play a key role in the future leadership of our business.

You will lead the product management function, contribute to long-term company strategy, and help define the roadmap for current and future offerings. As a senior figure in the organisation, you’ll work across departments to align technology, market needs, and customer success — with the opportunity to grow into broader leadership responsibilities.

Key responsibilities:
* Driving product portfolio strategy, aligning with commercial goals and customer needs
* Act as the Product Owner for key solutions, maintaining backlog and requirements
* Providing market insight to guide product pricing and go-to-market approaches
* Supporting product promotion and tendering activity
* Working closely with customers to achieve technical approvals
* Leading and developing the product management team
* Contributing to wider company strategy across technology and innovation
What you’ll bring:
* Degree or HND in electrical, electronic, or software engineering—or significant industry expertise
* Experience with electrical power systems, industrial automation or embedded electronics
* Experience in product and portfolio management within a technology-led organisation
* Proven ability to influence, lead and inspire cross-functional teams
* Commercial awareness and an understanding of product positioning in a technical market
* A track record of delivering value through innovation and strategic planning
