As the Digital Workstream Lead, you will drive digital innovation and strategic IT implementation to optimise healthcare processes and patient care. This role involves developing an innovative digital strategy, integrating digital technologies into scheme design, and establishing a reliable IT infrastructure to support the Trust’s digital initiatives and future growth. Your expertise will ensure the programme meets the highest standards of governance, public accountability, and quality benchmarks, delivering substantial benefits to the community. Advert Lead the planning and development of an innovative digital infrastructure plan and budget for the new Hinchingbrooke Hospital site. Establish a scalable IT infrastructure to support the Trust’s digital initiatives and future growth. Define IT requirements to meet the scheme model of care for Hospital 2.0. Integrate digital technologies into scheme design, planning, and operations for increased efficiency and enhanced patient care. Work collaboratively with senior management, Trust Executives, and workstream leads to align digital needs with clinical requirements. Lead the procurement of large-scale digital services, managing relationships and contracts with suppliers. Develop an IT disaster recovery plan to minimize downtime and data loss in emergencies.
