Role:
Customer Service Administrator
Salary: £24,000 Per Annum
Location: Staveley, Chesterfield
Hours: 09:00 – 17:00
Working Pattern: 35 hours, Monday to Friday

About the role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Administrator to join a busy and supportive office-based team. This role will involve providing administrative and customer service support to both new and existing clients, ensuring accounts are serviced to a high standard while supporting retention and renewal targets.
Key Responsibilities:
11. Create and maintain system records for new business and existing clients
12. Respond to client and insurer enquiries via telephone, email and written correspondence
13. Issue renewals, policy documents, invoices and other relevant documentation
14. Chase and process payments including cheque, credit card and direct debit
15. Update and maintain accurate client records
16. Assist with queries and referrals from other departments when required
17. Manage personal and departmental diary systems, ensuring all tasks are up to date
