The role:
As CMO, you will own and lead the full marketing and digital strategy. You will be responsible for redefining the customer journey, innovating the brand's online experience, and driving growth across all digital channels - from performance marketing to social media and content.
* Lead the overhaul of the company’s websites, ensuring a seamless and engaging customer journey that enhances conversion and retention.
* Develop and implement a high-growth digital acquisition strategy across all touchpoints, including SEO, PPC, paid social, CRM, and partnerships.
* Drive the company’s social media and content strategy, creating a distinctive, trend-led voice that resonates with the luxury market.
* Lead brand, creative, and product marketing efforts to support both B2C and D2C growth.
* Use data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions and optimise marketing performance.
Experience:
* Proven experience as a senior marketing leader in a digitally native, eCommerce, or D2C environment.
* A track record of driving customer acquisition and growth through innovative digital strategies.
* Strong expertise in product marketing, performance channels, and customer experience.
* Demonstrated success in rebranding or relaunching websites or digital products.
* A modern, strategic thinker who is equally comfortable with hands-on execution
