We're currently recruiting for a high-performing Online Manager. You will lead a team of flexible, engaged colleagues focused on customer needs while delivering operational excellence in your department(s). Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
1. Empowering colleagues to always put the customer first and deliver outstanding customer service.
2. Championing customer service by listening and responding to customers.
3. Reviewing customer feedback regularly.
4. Ensuring market-leading availability across the department(s).
5. Leading a supportive and performance-driven department.
6. Managing all people routines, including scheduling, absence, performance, and talent conversations.
7. Delivering training to ensure the team has the capability and confidence to perform their roles.
8. Enabling colleagues to work confidently across various departments.
9. Identifying and developing talent within the department.
10. Building effective relationships with other operating departments.
11. Leading colleagues to work with purpose and deliver outstanding performance against targets.
12. Taking a leadership role within the store.
13. Planning resources thoroughly.
14. Sharing knowledge, experience, and best practices as a great communicator.
15. Being a competent and confident Manager in Charge.
16. Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
17. Remaining flexible and adaptable to change, leading the team through it.
18. Responding effectively to customer and colleague feedback through active listening.
19. Possessing necessary food safety knowledge in line with the department's responsibilities.
20. Having the ability to have difficult conversations with effective resolutions.
21. Driving down and managing key cost budgets such as shrinkage and waste.
