Position Details
* Shifts: Rotating weekends (Saturday & Sunday) with day and night shifts (6am - 6pm & 6pm - 6am)
* Hours: 32/36 hours per week
* Salary: £36,500 - £46,200 (inclusive of shift allowance)
* Company Performance Bonus: 8%
* Type: Permanent

What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in diagnosing and fixing industrial boilers, steam pipework, and water systems.
* Ability to troubleshoot various competencies: Pneumatic systems, compressors, chillers, boilers, and dehumidifiers with minimal guidance.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Electrical/Mechanical engineering qualifications (e.g., served apprenticeship, HNC, NVQ, or equivalent).
* Strong organizational and strategic planning skills.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Monitor and operate all critical facility plant for factory operations, including production air conditioning, boiler systems, and air compressors.
* Collaborate with the site reliability engineer to highlight concerns and propose ideas for future asset investments.
* Plan and schedule all legal inspections within the facility department, ensuring full documentation is maintained.
* Manage reactive work support, employing troubleshooting and root-cause methodologies.
* Oversee facility contract management duties, including completion of risk assessments.
* Continuously improve the facility SAP PM system, ensuring transactions are robustly captured.
* Drive continuous improvement in reactive maintenance processes.
