What you’ll do: As an Office/Operations Assistant you will support the Head of Operations with general administrative duties. Other duties include: Managing and processing invoices and expenses Booking travel for the London office Setting up and coordinating internal events General office management from ensuring office supplies are stocked through to support the Head of Ops wherever needed. Onboarding new members of staff Booking in interviews and induction meetings What you’ll need: As an Office/Operations Assistant, you will need to be extremely organised.
