The Global Head of Technical Quality & Governance ensures our operations deliver consistently to clients, aligned with external regulatory and delivery requirements, central to meeting client expectations.

* Leading the global TQ&G function to ensure strategic and commercial alignment with the business, while maintaining accreditation and regulatory compliance.
* Monitoring performance against standards to identify issues and recommend improvements.

* Ensuring standards are maintained and aligned with strategic commercial needs globally.
* Promoting a high-quality culture across LRQA globally and sharing best practices.
* Managing technical risks, complaints, disputes, and non-conformities to uphold quality standards.
* Representing LRQA with external accreditation bodies and industry schemes.
* Interpreting regulatory rules to balance client needs, business needs, and compliance requirements.
* Collaborating across functions to ensure consistency in service delivery.
* Leading and developing teams through recruitment, performance management, and training.
* Acting as a role model for LRQA values and leadership behaviors.
* Identifying industry trends and developing new products/services.
* Supporting Service Delivery Teams with tools to deliver quality services.
