Level 5 Health & Social Care qualification or Nurse qualification. A valid driver’s licence and access to a car. Strong leadership and communication skills. Passion for high-quality older adults care, dementia care, and palliative support. A track record of improving quality ratings or achieving strong regulatory outcomes.
