Qualifications:
* Working knowledge of basic electrical wiring, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and pertinent maintenance techniques
* Boom truck and fork lift experience a plus
* Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record
Responsibilities:
* Work off building maintenance list provided by the group leader in a timely manner.
* Ensure that work quality standards are met and required post-repair testing is performed.
* Consistent communication with building maintenance group leader.
* Promote a safe work environment on all projects.
