JOB TITLE: Family Solicitor
PQE: NQ:3 years PQE
LOCATION: Essex
SALARY: GBP Dependent on experience
THE ROLE:
The successful candidate will be handling a varied caseload of family law matters including both private and publicly funded matters. You will be joining a team covering the broad range of family law matters including prenuptial agreements, divorce and separation, child law proceedings and domestic violence claims. You'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in clients' lives while developing your expertise within a well:established practice.
THE CANDIDATE:
You will have up to 3 years PQE and experience in family legal aid work along with some advocacy experience. Public Childcare experience would be advantageous, and you will ideally possess the ability to manage your own caseload of matters. Newly Qualified Solicitors will be considered for this role and will have completed a seat within family law during their training contract. You will be dealing with a varied caseload of family matters and be dealing with a split caseload of private and publicly funded matters.
