Job Summary We may conduct our interviews in person or using Microsoft Teams for video calling. All you need is a device with a camera and access to the internet. You will be part of a highly skilled and dedicated team, working under the guidance of the Reablement Team Manager to deliver high-quality reablement support across North Ayrshire. Our service focuses on providing individuals with a period of rehabilitation designed to help them retain or regain skills, independence, and confidence in their daily lives. Key Responsibilities • Screen and manage referrals to the Reablement Service. • Carry out functional assessments and goal setting to support service users in maximising independence. • Provide clear advice, guidance, and practical support to enable positive rehabilitation outcomes. • Work collaboratively with colleagues and service users to deliver person-centred reablement programmes.
