SEN Maths Tutor / Cover Supervisor – Full Time

Protocol Education is excited to be recruiting a SEN Maths Tutor / Cover Supervisor for a specialist school in Gateshead.
This is a fantastic opportunity for maths tutors looking to transition into classroom teaching, as you’ll be working with small groups of just 3–4 pupils, providing focused support and delivering engaging maths sessions.
A typical day may include:
* Delivering maths tutoring sessions
* Supporting pupils with additional learning needs
* Covering lessons when teachers are unavailable
* Encouraging students to build confidence in maths
* Working alongside a supportive team of SEN professionals
Requirements:
* Good knowledge of maths
* Experience tutoring maths or supporting learning
* Confidence working with small groups of pupils
* A passion for supporting students with additional needs

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
