Your Role: As a core member of the production team, you will ensure our high-speed machinery operates at peak efficiency. You will:
Set up and operate high-speed machinery with a focus on accuracy and speed.
Troubleshoot and adjust machinery to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
Maintain quality standards by conducting regular checks and keeping precise production records.
Collaborate with the wider team to exceed daily production targets.
What You Bring:
Experience: A minimum of 3 years in a similar role (e.g., Production Technician, Manufacturing Technician, Technical Operator, Rewind Operator, or Machine Setter).
Industry Knowledge: Experience within the FMCG, Packaging, Food Manufacturing, Print, or Pharmaceutical sectors is highly desirable.
Technical Aptitude: Confidence in making minor machine adjustments and performing routine maintenance.
Reliability: You live within a 25-mile radius of Telford and are looking for a long-term career move.
