We are recruiting a Senior Early Years Practitioner/Room leader and Nursery Practitioner for a community Nursery based in Erith, Kent. The nursey has an outstanding rating and has wonderful reviews from parents.

The positions are full time (40hrs a week) all year round.

Requirements of the early years roles in Erith are:
* To be passionate and enthusiastic about providing high-quality childcare
* min 3 years experience in a nursery with some senior experience
* Minimum level 2 for Nursery Practitioner and level 3 in childcare for Room leader role
* Ability to plan effectively within the EYFS
* High level administration skills
* To complete observations
* Excellent communication skills with children parents and outside authorities
* To be able to manage a small team - room leader
