Position Overview:
We are seeking 3 experienced Senior Project Managers to join our NPD commercialization team. You will lead a team of 1-3 project managers with responsibility for delivering a pipeline of Innovation, Supply Optimization, Productivity, Promotions, and Maintenance projects across our Monster, Affordable, and Strategic Brand portfolio in the high-traffic EMEA region.
Working closely with the Director of Commercial and Supply Chain Programmes, you will be accountable for approximately 600 SKU-level projects annually across multiple regions within EMEA, managing the commercialization relationship with regional bottling partners. Collaborating with local and global stakeholders, you will ensure project scope clarity and successful implementation, demonstrating strong organization, results orientation, team management skills, and a passion for the Monster brand.
Key Responsibilities:
* Project Management of Complex Programmes: Lead the scoping and delivery of innovation, optimization, and productivity programs from concept to launch, coordinating multiple projects across regions.
* Team Management: Manage a team of 3-5 project managers, providing support, guidance, and performance reviews.
* Enable High-Quality Team Performance: Conduct quality audits, address deviations, and facilitate informed decision-making.
* Develop Influential Relationships: Build trust with stakeholders, facilitate communication, and resolve conflicts.
* Process Optimization and Continuous Improvement: Streamline processes, embrace continuous improvement initiatives.
* Utilize Data Analysis and Reporting: Use tools like Excel, Power BI, SAP to analyze data, generate reports, and inform decisions.
* Contribute to Department Strategy & Engagement: Provide insights to shape strategy, foster an engaging environment.
About You:
* Deep understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
* Experience managing teams of 1-3 people.
* Knowledge of end-to-end NPD project delivery in FMCG supply chain.
* Proficiency in data analysis tools.
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Attention to detail and process optimization skills.
* Proven risk and issue management capabilities.
* Strategic planning skills.
