Are you passionate about child-led, play-based learning?
Do you believe in creating environments where children are free to explore, discover, and just be little?
At Little Einstein's, we don't "do" traditional education — we follow a play-based, child-led approach inspired by the Curiosity Approach, where wonder, independence, and imagination are at the heart of everything we do.
Why join us?
* A calm, homely, unhurried environment that puts children first
* Open-ended resources, real-life objects, and natural materials — no plastic, no bright overstimulation
* A team that values slowing down, being present, and seeing the world through a child's eyes
* Supportive leadership that trusts and empowers you
* Time to connect with children, not just supervise
Your role:
* Creating beautiful, thoughtful play spaces that invite exploration
* Supporting children's learning through their own interests and rhythms
* Building genuine, respectful relationships with children and their families
* Working collaboratively with a like-minded, passionate team
* Being part of a setting that's always evolving, reflecting, and growing together
What we're looking for:
* A qualified practitioner (Level 2 or 3 in Early Years) who shares our values
* Someone who understands the importance of play, joy, and wonder in early childhood
* A calm, caring presence who believes in following the child, not leading them
* A team player with curiosity and a willingness to keep learning
What we offer:
A nurturing, reflective team culture
Ongoing training and development in the Curiosity Approach and other child-centred practices
Time for planning, reflection, and meaningful work
Staff wellbeing is a priority — we look after each other
A beautiful, homely environment that feels more like a family than a workplace
