Job Description
What you’ll be doing
Planning and executing lead generation campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, email marketing)
Working with our PPC/SEO agencies to drive performance and reduce CPA
Owning and improving our marketing funnel from first click to MQL
Leading website optimisation efforts — from landing page content to UX tweaks and A/B testing
Creating and scheduling content across key channels, especially LinkedIn
Tracking and reporting on lead performance, bounce rates, conversion rates, and campaign ROI
Supporting exhibitions, conferences and in-person marketing activities
Ensuring a consistent, polished tone of voice across all marketing output
What success looks like
A steady increase in high-quality inbound leads and MQLs
Lower CPA and improved conversion rates at each funnel stage
A more engaging and effective website and content journey
A visible presence at key events that supports brand and pipeline growth
Qualifications
Proven experience generating B2B leads through digital campaigns
Strong knowledge of HubSpot (or similar CRM/marketing automation tools)
Confident using data to guide decisions — whether it’s CTRs, bounce rates, or CPL
Comfortable building and managing content that converts (emails, landing pages, social posts)
Experience improving website performance with basic SEO, UX, and CRO knowledge
Sharp attention to detail — spelling, formatting, tone, all matter here
Bonus: experience in SaaS or the care/health sector
