Your day with Team Carden: Oversee daily hotel operations and act as Manager-on-Duty during assigned shifts. Ensure exceptional guest service and resolve any issues or complaints promptly. Supervise front-of-house teams and support staff performance and training. Coordinate with all departments to maintain smooth, high-quality service. Conduct regular property checks to ensure safety, cleanliness, and standards. Handle incidents, emergencies, and ensure proper reporting and handovers. You must have previous experience within a food and beverage department.
