About the role
As the weekend negotiator you'll be the first point of contact for clients on the phone or coming into our office. Sensitive to our customers' needs, you'll use your empathy and customer service skills to build positive relationships. You will really put people at ease when they contact us. This is a varied role and your responsibilities will range from answering the phone, dealing with enquiries and booking appointments, dealing with contractors, through to welcoming clients in person. Crucially, you'll also help the company and individual sales and lettings departments to run smoothly through assisting with data entry / paperwork and other tasks as required. We are looking for the right personality and a can do attitude to join our team.
This would suit someone who thrives in a busy environment, and who has experience in working within a small team. The successful candidate will need to be computer literate and have experience in client facing customer service.
The position is part time and will be office based in our new St Leonards office between 9am - 1pm on a Saturday. Ideally with flexibility to help out in the busy office during the week as the business requires.
We would be looking for the successful candidate to start as soon as possible.
